They are pleased to offer an opportunity to join the team as an energetic and motived Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager within the North West growth corridor.
This is not a display Sales Consultant role where you can sit back and expect foot traffic to deliver results. You will thrive in building a B2B referral network, and further develop relationships to generate new business opportunities. The successful candidate will display a hunger and drive to get out in the field, nurturing and building relationships with land agents, accountants and finance brokers to start building a pipeline of qualified leads. You'll have support from an experienced and supportive leadership team, and great peers.

- A desire to operate independently by appointment only with no set display hours.
- An established referral network would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Knowledge of build process, compliance, regulations, structural changes would also be advantageous, but not essential.
