Duties:
- Be visible in the lobby and other public areas, maintaining a strong presence
- Support the Night team with all front desk and accounting related duties
- Remain educated and trained on all security/emergency procedures
- Handle any management issues or emergencies that arise, record as required, and implement the necessary actions to bring a resolution
- Ensure all Guest feedback is managed promptly and completely
- Inform other departments of Guest special requests
- Maintain awareness of all hotel areas
- Produce nightly reports
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of Front Office supervisory experience in the hotel sector
- Proficient with required night reporting
- Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure
- Confident, capable, and independent
- Leadership qualities that inspire the team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
