No Experience - Support Worker (Youth)

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Support Workers for young people. In this entry-level role, you will provide support to young people to reach their full potential.
Duties and responsibilities:
-Provide emotional support and guidance
-Assist with activities of daily living and social interaction
-Help young people to develop their skills and talents
-Connect young people with community resources and opportunities
-Work with families and other professionals to provide a holistic approach to support
-Maintain accurate records and documentation
Skills and qualifications:
-No experience required, but training will be provided

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
