Non-clinical Training Officer
- Salary Range - HS3, 0.5EFT - 0.6 EFT (5 - 6 days per fortnight as negotiated)
- Shifts can be negotiated across the working week

Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Non-clinical Training Officer to join our Education and Training Unit on a part time, fixed term basis until May 2025.
Our Education and Training Unit supports the delivery of learning opportunities across the organisation, including education, training and further development initiatives for clinical and non-clinical staff.
The Non-clinical Training Officer is responsible for assisting the development and delivery of mandatory education for non-clinical employees and the recruitment and engagement of non-clinical employees seeking to improve their education level through completion of relevant certificate courses eg trainees.

We are looking for candidates with:
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Experience in planning and training others
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
