About the business
We are on the lookout for a Systems Training & Support Coordinator to work within the a National Real Estate Franchise Group. This position is crucial for supporting and training users on their CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in the Real Estate industry, and excellent presentation and communication skills
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct multiple weekly online training sessions to educate users on CRM functionalities, specific modules, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain training materials and modules in collaboration with the academy team.
- Continuously assess and adjust training approaches to enhance effectiveness.
- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues with the CRM system.
- Manage support tickets and communicate with required departments and third-party support teams to address escalated issues.
- Regularly review system performance and user feedback to identify training needs and system enhancements.
- Liaise between users, management, and third-party services to ensure clear communication and efficient problem resolution.
- Work closely with multiple departments to align training activities with business goals.
- Create reports on training outcomes and system issues for higher management.
- Keep up to date with CRM updates and integrate new features into training sessions, as required.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with CRM systems
- Must have Real Estate industry experience
- Strong technical proficiency, particularly with platforms like Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Amazing communication abilities, capable of explaining technical details to non-technical users.
- Comfortable presenting and building relationships
- Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops.
- Experience in Real Estate or sales environments, with an understanding of the industry-specific challenges and needs.
