The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic Gasses team in Wetherill Park NSW. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team and drive operational excellence in a critical sector. As the Operations Manager, you will:
Serve as a strategic people manager, providing coaching and mentorship to team members for their professional development
Analyse operational processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency
Lead the implementation of new initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and contribute to overall business success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects and achieve operational excellence
Ensure compliance with safety standards, promoting a culture of safety within the team
Efficiently manage resources to meet operational goals and targets.
To be a success in this role, your prior experience will include:
A managerial role, preferably in logistics or operations.
Exceptional people leadership and coaching skills.
