The Women’s & Children’s Health Network provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia. We are the state’s leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA’s largest maternity and obstetric service.

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists within Division of Paediatric Medicine - Rose Ward to join us as the Nurse Unit Manager, on an ongoing basis, working in a full-time capacity.
The main focus of the Nurse Unit Manager, Rose Ward is the line management, coordination and leadership of nursing/midwifery and/or multi-disciplinary team activities to achieve continuity and quality of patient/client care and outcomes.

About you
Are you Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate, with at least 3 years post registration experience?
If you have demonstrated experience in management and leadership roles, with effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, then this role is for you.
