ABOUT SKILLED MEDICAL:

Due to rapid growth in our Nursing and Midwifery division, we are seeking an experienced Nurse/Midwife to join our team.
We are seeking someone who is confident to pivot with daily requirements, juggle multiple priorities and ensure a high level of service is provided to our Nurses, Midwives and Clients.
ABOUT YOU:
- An experienced Nurse or Midwife, looking for a career change. Nurses, with ideally with a background in Acute or Aged Care
- You will be articulate, hardworking, with strong attention to detail ready to join our fast-paced environment and make a difference.
- You will dynamic and able to flex between changing priorities. and above all want to help Nurses and Midwives and provide exceptional support to them.
- This role is fast-paced and no two days are the same, we are looking for someone who is dedicated to the Nurses and Midwives that they support .
- Happy to join our team Wednesday and Thursday n our Office in Melbourne
- Above all else put our Nurses and Midwives first in everything you do.

- Confidence in communicating with high-level hospital workforce. coordinators, and senior Nurses/Midwives.
- Professional presentation.

- The ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with our candidates and clients.
- Is solutions based with the dedication to get the job done.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Working alongside our Nursing and Midwifery Recruitment consultants you will play an important part in regulatory placement compliance to ensure that candidates are contract ready.
- Maintaining up to date registers of compliance documents and training records, meeting State Legislation and Heath Service requirements.
- Liaising with Nurses & Midwives, as a first point of contract arranging travel bookings for contracts
- You will join a supportive existing compliance team.
