Company Overview: NTWM, a small locally-owned business, is experiencing growth and is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse or Occupational Health Technician to join our team. Position: Registered Nurse or Occupational Health Technician
Location: Winnellie, NT
Type: Casual or Full-time (flexible scheduling)
Responsibilities: As a member of the NTWM team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting Occupational Health Assessments, including pre-employment medicals, audiometry, spirometry, ECGs, drug screening, functional capacity assessments, and fitness testing.
- Providing timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensuring high-level compliance and adherence to privacy regulations.
- Conducting worker health checks.
- Handling general administration duties.
- Contributing to client relationship management.

Qualifications: The successful applicant should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Nursing) or a similar health discipline.
- High interest in Occupational Health.
- Registration/accreditation with AHPRA.
- Intermediate to strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and using two screens.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow, with a team-contributor mindset.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as a team.
- High level of emotional intelligence.
Desirable Criteria (but not essential):
- Experience/exposure to Occupational Health.
- Current and maintained First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Experience or qualification in Audiometry.
- Experience or qualification in Spirometry.
- Experience or qualification in Drug and Alcohol Screening.
- Driver's license.
