Company Overview: NTWM, a small locally-owned business, is experiencing growth and is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse or Occupational Health Technician to join our team. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering employment-related health assessments and Occupational Health initiatives with exceptional service and attention to detail.

Position: Registered Nurse or Occupational Health Technician
Location: Winnellie, NT
Type: Casual or Full-time (flexible scheduling)

Responsibilities: As a member of the NTWM team, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting Occupational Health Assessments, including pre-employment medicals, audiometry, spirometry, ECGs, drug screening, functional capacity assessments, and fitness testing.
• Providing timely and accurate reporting.
• Ensuring high-level compliance and adherence to privacy regulations.
• Conducting worker health checks.
• Handling general administration duties.
• Contributing to client relationship management.

Qualifications: The successful applicant should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Science (Nursing) or a similar health discipline.
• High interest in Occupational Health.
• Registration/accreditation with AHPRA.
• Intermediate to strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and using two screens.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow, with a team-contributor mindset.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as a team.
• High level of emotional intelligence.

Desirable Criteria (but not essential):

• Experience/exposure to Occupational Health.
• Current and maintained First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Experience or qualification in Audiometry.
• Experience or qualification in Spirometry.
• Experience or qualification in Drug and Alcohol Screening.
• Driver's license.
