Primary Purpose:
| The National OEM Business Supervisor is a key role in driving and developing OEM business and market share through delivering Andor value with application innovation and systematic amplification, The expectation of this role is to build up the overall OEM business development strategies, drive the development of applications, and optimize the technical support to OEM businesses. The role will also work closely with local and global supporting team to ensure the execution of OEM Sales Plan to grow OEM business in China |
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the OEM business strategy in China aligning with global OEM strategy, drive China OEM business growth by building-up effective eco-system and delivery of Andor portfolio value.
- Strengthen technical innovations with focus on development of new applications and market penetration approaches。
- Collaborate with departments and Functions to develop common business development goals and innovative application collaborative development plans.
- Ensure goal alignment and collaboration between sales.PM. BU. Marketing and Commercial operation
- OEM market analysis and research, corresponding market development strategies
- Develop Midrange OEM business with focus on Key Account development and enable distributors for small-medium market penetration.
- Analyse OEM account requirements and develop OEM segment account penetration plan.
- Maintain high level executive relationship with key customers and provide executive selling support in key customer meetings.
- Be accountable for the completion of annual corporate requirements including and not limited to participation in audit, reporting, training, employee activities, etc.
- Perform any other relevant duties and business initiatives as and when assigned by Manager, from time to time.
