Hinton Linings is a family run business in the construction industry located in the Sutherland Shire. We have multiple jobs running throughout Sydney and need an energetic office assistant to jump straight in and help us continue to grow our company. We are requiring someone to join our team in a permanent 16-20 hour week - split over 3 days (Monday, Tuesday are a must) with the possibility to grow. Monday and Tuesday are essential with the third day flexible (Thursday or Friday). Some weeks may require more hours, work from office based in Kurnell.
Qualifications & experience
- Great organisational skills. Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Experience with Xero and scheduling software.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Previous experience working in a construction office desired.
- 3 or more years in Office Administration experience with excellent customer service skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Primarily role will be data entry. Time sheets, invoices etc working with accounts and project manager.
- Basic office adhoc.
- Update and maintain subcontractor files.
- Scheduling teams/sites/material deliveries and orders.
- Maintaining SWMS.
- Implementing and updating programing schedules with staff.
