About The Role:
We are seeking a Full Time Book Keeper in our Sutherland office to undertake bookkeeping and associated tasks.
The successful applicant must have strong communication skills, enthusiasm and be able to work independently.
The successful candidate will be professional, highly capable, have a positive attitude and will be able to display:
- Proficiency in MYOB
- A Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/accounting or higher;
- Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience
- Excellent organisation and communication skill and acute attention to detail
- Proficient time management skills
- Australian resident with strong English skills
Roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Manage Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Assisting with end of month processes.
- Debt recovery
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll processing, superannuation etc
- General Administration
- Prepare Management and general reports
- Filing
