URBAN FOODIES, Melbourne's leading corporate catering company is looking for an experienced Office Admin & Event, with a love of food, to foster our existing client relationships.
Urban Foodies is well known in the industry for producing fabulous food & Events for the corporate market.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced admin coordinator to
- Answer phone and direct calls
- Enter & manage client's catering & Event requests
- Review and coordiante dietary requirements
- Order linen, book staff and coordinate booking sheets
- Work closely with our kitchen & operations team to ensure orders are fulfilled
- Management of database and products on e-comm site
- Onboarding new staff and general Office Admin
Reporting to the Catering Manager, this is a dynamic role where no day is the same. Experience in customer service and admin a must!
You must posses the following skills:-
- Love and passion for innovative food
- Amazing customer service skills - know how to WOW!
- Superb attention to detail and communication skills
- Highly organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks
- Fabulous admin skills and computer literacy - Microsoft Word, Excel, order entry & database management
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated and proactive - CAN DO attitude
- Desire to grow the business and be motivated by achieving KPI's
- Ability to work in a fast paced, busy and demanding environment
