We are seeking to appoint an Administration / All-rounder team member at our small to medium-sized family-owned business. We are looking for someone to help establish more foundations within the administration and business aspects of our rapidly growing company. The work location is from our yard in Hazelmere , WA.
This can be a Part time or Fulltime role what ever is better suited to your life style,
Pay rate of $35.50 per hour plus super
Some duties of the role include:
- Problem-solving and finding solutions
- Assisting the operations manager
- Reconciling accounts through Xero
- Processing orders, quotes, and invoices on Xero & (Job system)
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Onboarding new clients
- Onboarding new employees, including drafting employment contracts
- Maintaining job details and files
- Accurate data entry
- Other administration duties as required
- Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Offers the highest level of service to our customers
- Accounts knowledge in basic bookkeeping with Xero
- Excellent communication with customers and subcontractors
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to help put into place internal systems and procedures
- Takes control and ownership of their work
- Attention to detail
