Reporting into our Chief Operating Officer, this newly created role will leverage data to drive positive change:
- Research new and innovative ways to improve the user experience of our Sales and Operational systems
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency whilst enhancing our customer experience
- Collaborate with leadership to identify reporting needs, create centralized reporting solutions in PowerBI and Salesforce and other systems, and continuously refine reports for maximum impact.
Criteria
- Min 5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably within agency
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Proficient in PowerBI, Salesforce, Sharepoint and various other tools
- Strong communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills
- Passion for making a positive impact within Healthcare
