We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Administration Assistant.
Some of the day to day duties include:
+ Directing telephone callers to appropriate staff
+ Data entry into CRM system, word & excel documents.
+ Filing and copying documents.
+ Writing letters and documents.
+ PA work for Directors.
+ Overall management of Office Administration and basic operations.
+ Data entry.
Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, within the real estate industry is highly considered.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to mould into a young and enthusiastic team.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
