Norwood Accounting has been established since 1993. We are an accounting firm providing services to clients throughout various industries.
We are a firm based in Nowra and have an opportunity for an office administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.
The role involves a diverse range of tasks including, but not be limited to:
- Perform general reception / office support and clerical duties – answering calls, mail, booking appointments
- Assisting the directors in the overall smooth running of the office
- Managing company secretarial requirements
- Liasing with the ATO
- Ad hoc duties
The following would be advantageous for this role:
- Experience with MS Office, Excel, MYOB and Xero
- Competent and accurate data entry
- Attention to detail
- Task Orientated
- Excellent written and verbal communication,
- A friendly, committed, hard working and helpful personality
- Well groomed – business style for front line position
- Willing to attend to any courses required for this role
This position is being offered as either a part-time or full-time position depending on the right candidate.
