About us
Marine Masters is a small Yamaha dealership specialising in outboard servicing, repairs and repowering. The Malaga based workshop is very fast paced and requires an equally fast paced administrator to compliment the growing business. Hours of work are flexible and would suit someone who would like to work during school hours over five days, 20-25 hours per week with the high possibility of hours increasing over time as the business grows. Free parking is available and is located within the Malaga industrial area, close to shops.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in Office Administration is essential
- Experience in accounts or bookkeeping is desirable
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software
- Strong computer skills
- Be highly organised and well presented
- Ability to work well under pressure when required
- Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience or passion in the boating industry desirable

- Potential for the role to grow and evolve to include additional duties including ordering parts and scheduling jobs.
