Ernest Hill Wines is a small family owned and operated wine business at the gateway to the famous Pokolbin wine district in the Hunter Valley NSW. One of the leading boutique wineries in the valley we have earned a reputation for high quality, internationality awarded wines and excellent customer service. We sell our wines through our Cellar Door, selected restaurants and our dedicated wine club members.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous Cellar Door sales experience desirable
- Current RSA certificate
- MYOB or other accounting package experience desirable
- Microsoft Office skills essential
- POS systems experience highly desirable
- good communication skills
- Excellent service skills
- A team player
- Ability to multi task
Tasks & responsibilities
- General office duties e.g. telephone, filing, invoice processing, tour bookings etc.
- MYOB data entry and reconciliations
- Cellar Door sales as required
- Wine club membership administration
- Assist with club mailouts and functions
- Maintain social media sites
