You will be a part of an exciting Global Pharmaceutical company, providing support to the Head of Global Administration, as well as Administrative support to the wider Melbourne team;
Some of your varied responsibilities will include:
- Providing high level Administrative support;
- Providing exceptional service to visitors to the office;
- Answering the very few phone calls per day in a professional manner;
- Booking and managing meeting rooms including set up and pack down;
- Drafting and proofreading professional correspondence;
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and office spaces;
- Filing and archiving;
- Ordering stationary, equipment and supplies, including managing supplier relationships;
- Data entry and database management;
- Researching, booking and coordinating events and travel; and
- Invoice and expense processing using Quickbooks.
To be considered for this position, we are seeking:
- Administration, team support or Office Management experience;
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude where no task is too big or too small;
- Proven experience prioritising a varied workload and meeting strict deadlines;
- A team player and the ability to problem solve and show initiative when working autonomously;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; and
- Studies in Business Administration/Management will be advantageous.
