We're seeking to appoint an Office Administrator to support our busy team.
With an unwavering commitment to high level service delivery, you will liaise with visitors, callers and candidates, completing a wide range of administrative tasks in fast-paced work environment.
The Role:
Based at front desk reception, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, and your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Document scanning and data entry
- Booking medicals and inductions
- Coordinating onboarding documentation
- Assisting with timesheet collection and collation
- Purchasing office consumables and supplies
About You:
- Completion of Year 12 education (minimum)
- Previous customer service/admin experience
- Ability to juggle multiple and conflicting tasks with no impact to accuracy or service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate with MS Office (Word, Excel) experience
