Responsibilities
- General Office Administration
- Managing company emails
- Managing Directors calendar
- Streamlining and maintaining digital filing systems
- Setting up in new clients into various computer systems and programs
- Ensuring correct documentation is sent out to new clients
- Data Entry
- Setting up spreadsheets as required by Director / Accountant
- Monthly and Ad hoc company invoicing
- Ensuring Bookkeepers lodgements are completed in a timely fashion
- Liaising with company bookkeepers to provide assistance as needed
- Manage Social Media account
Must Have Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years Office Administration experience
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience within an accounting firm
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work independently
- Must have permanent residency in Australia due the confidential nature of the information.
