Job brief
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to undertake a variety of administrative tasks ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently, also to ensure smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate staff members
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as necessary
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for executives and other staffs
- Organizing and maintaining files and records to ensure they are easily accessible
- Manage travel/accommodation arrangements
- Strong communication/organizational skills, effectively be able to multi-task to juggle multiple requests
- Providing administrative and PA support to directors
- Have intermediate skills in Microsoft word and excel and other MS Office software
- Base knowledge of using MYOB for Data entry
