We are a quickly growing accounting firm in the Cheltenham/Moorabbin area looking for a motivated and confident Office Administrator to assist with the day to day running of our busy practice.
You would have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a Team and be looking for:

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Workflow management
- ATO correspondence and lodgements
- Trust Account management
- Corporate Compliance/ASIC requirements
- Accounts receivable
- Administration support to partners
- Answering switchboard/directing calls & client queries
You will have:
- some administration experience
- Organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
- XERO/MYOB knowledge would be an advantage
- Australian Permanent Residency
- Drivers Licence
