I represent a company that is seeking a Part-Time Administration Officer to join their team. This role will develop into a full-time position within 12 months and will provide the opportunity to learn quoting and estimation.

- General Administration tasks, phone, email, etc.
- Purchasing of office supplies, lunchroom needs and staff PPE.
- Assisting Finance with timesheet approvals, payments and debt collection.
- Producing reports for management.
- Monitoring vehicle registrations and servicing requirements.
- Updating staff training logs and induction/onboarding information.
- 5 + years of experience in a similar position with varied responsibilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced project-based environment.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills, especially Excel.
- High attention to detail.
- Analytically minded.
