Farrago is a privately owned business working in the construction, shopfitting, and joinery sectors. We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team.
Your expected commencement date would be ASAP.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with document management (hard copy & electronic documents)
- Assist the Estimating Team with plans & fee proposals
- Answering phone calls (Microsoft Teams)
- Manage stationery
- Book travel & vehicle hire for all staff & manage itineraries
- Document meeting of minutes for team meetings
- Assist Directors when required
The successful candidate will have the following essential attributes:
- Adaptive communication style to ensure an open, professional and friendly manner to all levels within the organisation
- High computer literacy in all Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams, and Office)
- Procore Project Management System experience well regarded
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment
- The ability to be proactive, assertive and work well under pressure
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise administrative tasks
- Flexible work approach to meet the varying demands of a fast-moving environment
- Drivers license and own transportation
- A good sense of humour and able to have a laugh
