AddressAt our busy warehouse and storage plant we are looking for an administration assistant.
At the beginning this role will be casual but working full time hours, and we are hoping the right person will be able to grow into a permanent member of the team.
Pay: $31.40 – $34.28 depending on experience (plus superannuation)
Location: Hemmant, QLD
The role involves:
General Administration Support
Standard phone, email and reception desk handling
Data Entry and basic computer skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office package is required)
A range of administrative tasks to assist everyone in the office
The role will require someone who:
-is reliable and enjoys working in a team environment
-is a problem solver who can take initiative and has a confident and cheerful disposition.
– can multi task in an often high paced environment
-has an eye for scheduling and can do so accurately and quickly
-has excellent literacy and computer skills.
-has an excellent phone manner
