We are seeking a driven, well-presented, customer focused individual to join our Head Office as the first point of contact for our clients and candidates.

In this essential role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks & duties:
- Managing all aspects of a busy and vibrant office
- Being the first point of contact for all clients and candidates in a face-to-face setting.
- Providing professional and friendly responses to phone inquiries.
- Managing mail distribution and organizing couriers as required.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Assisting with event coordination and team activities.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be detail-oriented, empathetic, resilient, and industrious.
- Skilled in customer service/client service experience.
- Be able to demonstrate experience in a receptionist or similar position.
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- Possess excellent customer service and people skills.
- Be able to communication clearly and professionally.
- Be computer literate, or able to learn quickly.
- Efficiently manage tasks and prioritize.
- An easy commute, with our head office located a short walk from Fortitude Valley Train station and parking available on site (on a rotation basis).

This role will be working with Agri Labour Australia, Agri Talent & Health+ People. We are a group of fast paced modern teams working in the expansive Agri-business and Allied health + Aged Care sector.
