Office All Rounder- Full Time

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Full-Time experienced Office All Rounder in Balcatta, WA.

This position is ideally suited to someone who is eager to showcase their administrative skills and further grow within our company. 

A self-motivated, determined person with a can-do attitude is what we are looking for. Mentoring & support will be provided.

Primary Purpose of the Position:

• General office duties and providing administrative support to Management.
• Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
• Assists with the preparation of tendering administration activities. 
• Supports Project Managers with the administrative tasks for a smooth running of the processes and systems that enable a project to be completed efficiently.
• Data entry into our accounting programs 
• Accounts Payable & Account Receivable management.

Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience in administration preferable
• Passionate, engaging, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You must have the ability to communicate and engage with people across a variety of platforms to be successful in this role.
• Positive attitude, fast and pro-active learner with a high-level attention to detail.
• Ability to work with or without supervision.
• Desire to learn new skills and contribute to an established team.
• Ability to prioritise effectively, to multi- task, and to adapt to changing priorities.
• Xero and Simpro experience preferred but not essential.
• Intermediate Computer software skills & Proficient in MS Office suites (Word, Excel)
