We are a rapidly growing IT Services organisation based in Sydney (ranked fastest growing IT company) with a strong and growing customer base. We offer a range of IT services including IT hardware sales, Network and Telco services, and Data Centre/Cloud services to a trusted corporate client base including major enterprise and government customers.
We are currently recruiting for an Office and Sales Coordinator role. This is a part-time role with to suite someone needing flexible work schedule however full-time position can be made available for the right candidate.The position will be based in our Bella Vista office. Your role will be the central point of contact for existing customers providing exceptional customer service & sales support whilst assisting with internal administrative duties.

Essentials:
- IT industry experience is preferred but not essential.
- Punctuality re: commencement of work (our speed of response, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude is critical to Techflow)
- A meticulous work style with impeccable attention to detail.
- Driven, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously and as part of a small team.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Key Duties:
- Provide fast and efficient customer support experience to the existing customer base. Resolving queries, and escalating problems.
- Sourcing and quoting of products specific to customers’ needs.
- Order processing – monitor sales through execution and billing.
- Monitor active quotes, orders, and deliveries.
- Data entry into the accounting system (Invoicing).
- Updating CRM and knowledge management system as and when required.
