The Office Assistant is responsible for performing various clerical
tasks to support the smooth operation of the office environment.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide support to
the management team, accounts, estimating, administration
officer and execute all administrative duties as directed. This role
requires a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
individual who can effectively handle multiple tasks, deadlines,
and priorities. The Office Assistant will ensure seamless
operations, maintain effective communication, and maximise
productivity in a fast-paced construction environment.
Qualification/Experience:
▪ Proven experience as an Office Assistant, preferably in
the construction industry.
▪ Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with
the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
▪ Proficiency in using office software and systems, including
MS Office Suite and various project management tools.
▪ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
at all levels.
▪ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
▪ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment.
