Office Assistant

Part-time and Full-time Office Assistants wanted.

Our showroom is filled with the worlds finest sports cars including Ferrari, Mclaren and Lamborghini. Our clients and staff are passionate about cars, and we are looking for new team members that share our love of cars, are good communicators for reception & administration duties in a fast paced office environment and who enjoys variety in their work.

• Answer switchboard, direct calls, take messages

• Meet and greet customers

• Assist the General Manager with clerical duties

• Assist with sales

• Prepare quotes, tax invoices & correspondence for sales team

• Prepare paperwork and registering cars

• General administration duties

MUST HAVE

• A current Full Australian Driver's license

• Previous reception/admin experience 

• Minimum 3 days per week capacity (Monday - Saturday)

• Minimum 1 year commitment 

And you need to be over 25 years of age for insurance reasons

Desired Skills and Experience

• Fluent oral & written English communication skills

• Professional presentation

• Computer literate (email, excel & word)

• Proficient typing & data entry skills

• Confident, professional telephone manner

This role will commence as a part-time or full-time position with a probationary period. Upon completion of the probationary period, the position will transition to either a permanent part-time or a permanent full-time position for the right candidate. Education and training provided.
