Receptionist / Admin officer
Power2 is a locally owned and operated Accounting and Financial Planning firm here in Mackay.
This role includes reception but overlaps with the day to day administration of our business. Our office is a structured and process driven office, utilising the latest technology to make your job easier and giving you the time to focus on what's important, our clients.
Examples of your daily tasks may include the following:
- Greeting our clients and guiding them as required
- Making and booking appointments, particularly during our busy tax season
- Receiving and handling enquiries via phone, email or walk in
- Maintaining the overall presentation of the office
- Managing the client appointment diary
- Helping the overall flow of the office by providing support as needed to your fellow team members.
Although we are happy to give you time and training, our ideal candidate will have some or all of the following skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Previous Administration experience.
- Experience with Xero software
- A willingness take ownership of projects and tasks
