We are looking for a skilled customer service/scheduling administrator with experience in small projects and Team leadership. A highly motivated, ambitious self-starter with strong organisational, scheduling & customer service skills.

This is a diverse Team leader role that will allow you to be involved in various aspects of the business. In a fulltime, office-based role, your attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, plan and delegate will be key. Calm under pressure and capable of thinking on your feet, you will be a results-oriented person with a proven ability to develop positive relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers.
Utilizing your vast experience as a team Scheduler, you will perform a key role in leading and growing the Service Team. As part of the management team, you will have the autonomy to design, implement & develop workflow processes/policies to ensure the business continues to adapt and grow in the current marketplace.
Must be knowledgeable in job management software such as AroFlo, Ascora, ServiceM8, Xero etc., and proficient using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
