VCAT services a diverse range of Victorian disputes from residential tenancy matters, complex building and property and human rights matters.About the opportunity:The Venue Coordinator is a multi-functional role, responsible for delivering front line services to VCAT users, parties in cases, and external service providers, providing high quality support and guidance through end-to-end processing of applications and assistance in navigating VCAT processes.Reporting to the Manager, Regional Services, you will coordinate activities at the venue, provide assistance to VCAT users and support to VCAT Members in preparation for and during hearings.The role will be primarily located onsite at the VCAT Bundoora community-based venue but may be required to work from any VCAT location, including regional venues and/or CBD locations, as needed.The successful candidate will be required to undertake related induction and first aid officer training as part of their role.About you:To be successful in the role, you will need to be a highly flexible and organised team player. You will have well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
