- The applicant should be familiar with computers but will be taught the various software packages so they can do their job effectively. the individual should be enthusiastic and willing to learn accounting procedures.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls. Deal with general enquiries. Allocate work to employees. Assist the Office Administrator with following up Jobs as required.
