Pilbara Traffic Management requires an Office Manager on a full time basis at our new office in Port Headland, WA.
Duties will include:
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Mobilise staff to various projects throughout the Pilbara ensuring they have all the necessary qualifications and training.
- Liaise with clients regarding past, current and future projects.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Organise local and FIFO accommodation & Flights.
- Manage the company fleet and hire from third parties when needed.
- Work closely with the managing director to ensure we are fully compliant and meet all Australian safety standards.
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Salary will be between $90-100K per year depending on experience.
You must have a relevant AQF Diploma or at least 1 year experience in the role.
