HAYS have partnered with an established local school, seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their supportive team.
Your new role
As an Office Manager for a small team of 2-3 staff members, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing the office, staff members and the day-to-day running of the administration office
- Community facing, dealing with enquiries from staff and family
- Organising and managing events
- Assisting with reception and helpdesk
- Attendance reports, general administration and other adhoc tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as an Office Manager is essential
- Knowledge of how a school operates/previous experience in education is highly desirable
- Tech-savvy
- Great customer service skills. People person who enjoys being in a customer-facing role
- Enjoys a fast-paced and varied role.
