Premier Services Group is a multidiscipline service company offering design installation, service and maintenance across Fire, HVAC and Electrical and offices throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Our Melbourne office is currently seeking an Office Manager for our expanding team.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Managing invoicing requirements across multiple divisons
- Managing timesheet preparation for payroll
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to collaborate across multiple divisons
- Be our go to person for all office related matters spanding from stationery ordering, receptions duties through to supporting our State Manager
- Improve efficiencies and processes within the office whilst adhering to our iSO accredited processes
- Preparing reports
- Assisting with induction of new team members across our divisions
The successful application will have:
