About the Role
- Act as the primary contact for office-related inquiries and requests.
- Work closely with the accounts team to provide additional support with invoicing, reconciliation and payroll.
- Scheduling and coordinating couriers.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and client relationships.
- Manage general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Greet and attend to office visitors and clients.
- Prior Bookkeeping experience is highly regarded.
- Brings a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Creative industries are not essential, but preferred.
- Xero experience is desired.
- Demonstrates a proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
- Exhibits self-assurance and maintains a friendly and upbeat personality.
- Possesses strong computer skills encompassing various Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment, where no task is too small.
