Office Manager Payroll /Xero Bookkeeper - Gippsland Moe Office
We are a small accounting firm of one Tax Manager in Moe Gippsland and one Accountant in the Philippines, and we are looking for an experience Administration Office Manager/Snr Bookkeeper
- to assist the Taxation Manager with all client Taxation and ASIC correspondence
- plus handle Bookkeeping Xero for a couple of small clients and provide support to our Snr Productions Mgr Accountant with clients with Xero Setups and Bookkeeping Bank Reconciliations and Payroll.
- sort and manage flow of documentation and handle reception, phone calls client database, letters of engagement, appointments and job management be great with systems
Someone who is dedicated in a Professional Environment supporting clients at reception, diversifying and organising the office in preparation for the days requirements so the tax manager can complete his days works without interruptions.
This role is from 9am to 5pm
Qualifications:
- Business Management Diploma or Degree
- Xero Certified, Bookkeeping
