Executive Assistant duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Business development support - contacting clients, arranging meetings, events, lunches, etc.
- Full diary management
- Managing client events and marketing sponsorships
- Email management
- General personal assistance
- Ongoing function and operation of the office
- Marketing - effective digital marketing, promotional events, investment to help optimise returns for each of the brands
- Human resources - managing the HR processes and administration to support a positive culture and professional practice
There will also be a financial and accounting side to your role that will include:
- Payment systems and procedures
- Daily bank reconciliation and cash flow
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Payroll and related activities
- Reporting of business performance and all aspects of the business management function
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Largely work from office
- Tertiary education (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal, numerical and abstract cognitive skills
- Access to car and Australian Driving Licence
- Should live within 20km from the office.
A confidential and effective work ethic is a must with attention to detail to all tasks.
