OFFICE MANAGER
DMW has a senior position available for a highly experienced Office Manager to take control of the administration office in Toowoomba.

We are seeking a responsible and highly accountable person to lead the reception, general administration, sales administration and accounts areas of the business. As part of the management team, you would be responsible for all company administration requirements including and not limited to the below.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility of the daily running of the Toowoomba office.
- Manage and oversee customer and vendor communication.
- Laise with Sales and production departments competently and efficiently.
- Co-ordinate the administration aspects of the second stage manufacturer engineering approvals.
- Oversee the administration functions to ensure steps are procedural and accurate.
- Assist with communication and co-ordination with our Australia wide dealer network.
- Organize and manage comprehensive company travel arrangements for filming shows.
- Co-ordinate and organize all arrangements associated with exhibiting at 4x4 shows both domestically and internationally.
- Assist the General Manager and Financial Controller with high level administration and organization requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven high level administration management experience is critical.
- Responsibility for the management of human resources of all office staff.
- Ability to initiate, monitor, update and control complex administration tasks.
- High level communication skills with ability to work to critical timeframes.
- Self-motivated with a determined and professional outlook.
- Capable of building internal and external professional relationships.
- Possess excellent follow up capabilities.
- Comprehensive computer knowledge and abilities.
- Experience with 'MYOB" and "XERO" accounting software is required.
