The company:

My client is an esteemed Property Developer, with a reputation for delivering premium retail and residential developments. We are seeking an experienced Administrator with a real estate/property background to join this professional team. The role will be based at one of Brisbane's most awarded, inner-city Masterplan Communities which comprises multiple residential apartment complexes, upmarket retailers including cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as extensive community recreational areas and facilities. 

The role:

The purpose of this role is to provide efficient administrative and office support across the sales and projects teams within the Apartment & Mixed-Use Developments Business Unit in Brisbane. Key responsibilities include:-

• Be the primary point of contact for all office/facility issues
• Upkeep and general maintenance of office environment, including ensuring areas are presented to a high standard at all times
• Ongoing management of employee workstations including chairs, filing cabinets and credenza
• Collaborating and providing office administration support for the Project Team
with general office duties, accounts/ invoices processing, reporting, document preparation and control etc.
• Diary Management and coordinating internal and external appointments.
• Event coordination including ordering and setting up for catering
• Welcome all visitors in a pleasant and professional manner
• Distribution/Coordination of mail and deliveries
• Management of office security cards
• Effectively answer, screen and transfer calls to the appropriate person when required.
• Provide drinks for guests as requested.
• Managing project documentation and contributing to timely project completion including Sales settlement process.
• Arrange and take minutes for monthly meetings
• Compilation and distribution of monthly reports, meeting minutes, agendas, and financials for QLD projects
• Management and maintenance of company registers and manuals
• Raising of purchase orders and work orders 
• Set up and maintenance of new IT accounts

To be considered you will have:

  • Prior administration experience in a professional office environment in Real Estate/ Property / Strata 
  • Corporate presentation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A bubbly personality with a positive, friendly attitude
