Your New RoleYour duties will include administrative support and coordination, including but not limited to:
- Primary point of contact for all office/facility issues
- Update a Seat map, set up and ongoing management of employee workstations including chairs, filing cabinets and credenza
- Collaborating and providing office administration support for the Project Team including LivKey with general office duties, accounts/ invoices processing, reporting, document preparation and control etc.
- Diary Management and coordinating internal and external appointments.
- Welcome all visitors in a pleasant and professional manner
- Distribution/Coordination of mail and deliveries
- Management of office security cards
- Effectively answer, screen and transfer calls to the appropriate person when required.
- Managing project documentation and contributing to timely project completion including Sales settlement process.
- Arrange and take minutes for monthly PCG meeting and distribute.
- Compilation and distribution of monthly reports, meeting minutes, agendas, and financials for QLD projects
- Management and maintenance of company registers and manuals, including cab charge maintenance and ordering
- Raising of purchase orders and work orders in Workbench/Oracle for all projects and finalisation of vouchers for payment
- Set up and maintenance of new accounts in Workbench/Oracle
- Liaison between suppliers and managers in relation to any contracting or accounting issues
- High-energy, collaborative and self-motivated
- High level of computer literacy.
- Keen and energetic learner with the ability to work autonomously.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
