NES Fircroft are partnering with a global resources client who are looking for an Operational Readiness Specialist – Asset Integration to join the Perth based team on a 5 month contract
The Role:
Perth based role Monday to Friday 8 hours per day (occasional site travel)
The purpose of the OR Specialist – Asset Integration role is a critical SME role to define and provide input into all asset management activities required for the new assets to be fully integrated into the company maintenance systems and practices, considering equipment criticality, maintenance strategies, and all other SAP master data requirements.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Development of SAP master data for all equipment included in project scope
- Equipment criticality assessments
- Development of equipment maintenance
- Development of Planned Maintenance related documents i.e. PMI, WIN, etc.
- Verification of selected spares
- In-store maintenance of spares
- Development of Task Specific Isolation Lists
- Providing SME inputs in planning of OR activities during early stages of the project.
- Play key role in Value Optimisation activities to improve the Asset
- Integration activities included in the Operational Readiness scope.
The Requirements:
- Trade or tertiary qualification in Engineering or Asset Management.
- In depth experience in Asset Management roles in the mining industry
- Previous experience in Project Management
- Understanding of Operational Readiness framework, processes, and systems
- Understanding of risk identification and management − Proficiency in resource planning & scheduling
