About The Role:
- Part Time Permanent
- CSS Level 2 From $57,960 - $63,239 pa pro-rata + Super + Salary Packaging
- Located: Links To Wellbeing, Morphett Vale
The Operational Support Officer will provide operational and administration support to the team and plays a key role within the LTW consortium, including assisting with referral and waitlist management, data recording, minute taking in meetings and performing reception duties. The Operational Support Officer will support and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to consumers by ensuring that staff operating within the LTW are provided with office administrative support that is flexible and responsive to their needs.
The Links to Wellbeing (LTWB) consortium is a group of mental health and community service providers, consisting of Neami National, Mind Australia and Skylight.
The organisations have built upon existing strong partnerships in the primary health and community service sectors. The Adelaide Primary Health Network have commissioned the Links to Wellbeing consortium to provide Primary Mental Health Services that will provide clinical support and psychological services across the stepped care continuum.
Interventions range from low intensity, for those with mild presentations, psychological therapies for people with mild to moderate conditions through to clinical care coordination for people with chronic and complex mental health conditions.
Some Responsibilities In The Role:
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Consumer database data entry
- Processing invoices
- Coordinating site maintenance
- Maintaining filing and archiving systems
- Coordinating meeting room, venue and catering bookings
- Assisting operational support audit and compliance processes
- Orienting new site staff to administrative systems
- Providing basic IT help desk support for service site colleagues
- Additional duties as required, depending on site needs
What Will You Bring To The Role:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including email and internet) and proven experience working in a computerised environment
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to plan, organise and analyse tasks
- Sound written and verbal communications skills
- The necessary skills to build relationships with team members
- Proven experience in being able to cope with change and adapt to ambiguous situations
