Roles & Responsibilities – Inclusive of but not limited to:
- Processing orders
- Managing and coordinating alterations
- Management of accounts, invoices and orders
- Billing clients and customers
- Maintaining records
- Answering calls
- Managing email accounts
- Cash handling
- Attending a reception desk
- Secretarial and executive support services
- Managing the office calendar and booking appointments
- Assisting the Operations Team Leader, General Manager and other staff where necessary with administrative duties
- Assisting the Accounts department
- Maintaining an organised workspace
- General cleaning duties when required
- Effectively communicating with all members of staff to ensure clarity and consistency
- Complying with all processes, procedures and manuals set out by MAC Window Fashions

This role will see you working Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 4:30pm.
