Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally organised Operations Assistant to join our team in Hobart. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, prioritising tasks and navigating through various responsibilities with ease. This role requires strong dispute resolution skills, as well as the ability to problem solve swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
As an Operations Assistant at Little City Group, you will work closely with our Operations Manager, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their responsibilities. This collaboration will ensure smooth operations and will equip you to step up when necessary to cover the position. You'll learn extensively from our seasoned team member, mastering the intricacies of the position to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
Experience in using communication platforms such as Slack, property management system or similar applications is advantageous but not essential. Adaptability, organisation skills and a willingness to embrace new technology are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.

Requirements
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client and team interaction.
- Proficient in problem-solving and dispute resolution.
- Previous experience in property management or hospitality may be advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Guesty, Airbnb).
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and situations.
- Confidence to manage and resolve challenging situations
- Proficient with basic financial management
