We are looking for a well presented, motivated and friendly person with a drive to learn to join our great team as an Administration Trainee.
This is an entry level/junior position ideal for a high school leaver, it is ideally suited to someone who is looking to start their career in administration with a professional, friendly and supportive organisation.
The role will form part of an accredited 12-month traineeship, encompassing study and on the job learning, and will lead to a Certificate 3 qualification. This role is based in the Melbourne CBD, applicants must be located in Melbourne.
To be eligible to take part in the traineeship you must NOT hold a qualification higher than a Certificate 3.
Position Overview:
The Administration Trainee will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, ensuring administrative tasks are efficiently handled, and contributing to the overall achievement of our sales targets. You will be responsible for managing sales-related documentation, assisting with the preparation of proposals and presentations, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional customer service.
This position requires a highly organised individual, with a can-do attitude.
If you are successful, you will learn the following:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, and ensuring all sales-related records are current and accurate.
- Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to foster positive relationships.
- Data Management: Maintain comprehensive customer and sales records within the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and availability for sales analysis.
- Reporting: Generate reports on sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales figures, to assist in strategic planning and performance evaluation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive operations and the alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
- Market Research: Assist in researching and identifying market trends and opportunities, contributing to the development of effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Administrative Tasks: Note taking during meetings and ensuring these are entered in a timely fashion into the CRM.
Qualifications:
This is a trainee role and we are looking to support a new comer to the workforce. To be considered you must not hold qualifications higher than a Certificate 3.
